Thanks, auntie! Sorry they're so slow in coming out. It's an amazing place.

Fantastic Blog. My husband and I just got back from HCMC last week. We also only had around 1 week in the area and we also did the obligitory 2-3 day stay in the Delta. We did 2 days and stayed overnight on the boat. Total cost of $32 each I think with Delta Adventures. All in all we really enjoyed it. Yes the oranisation seemed a little confused at times but basically all went well. I think ours went quite well as I did hear some horror stories from other travellers who had gone with other suppliers. I have to say particularly for the price a really great little tour. The only draw back on the 2 day tour is that the return trip is very long and quite boring. They don't really break it up with anything but the other 1 and a half days was really great. I would hight recommend it to anybody. But of course check out your supplier. Thanks for bringing back the memories.

Thanks for the comment, Dani! We had the same experience with the three-day tour... the last day consisted of one stop in the morning, and then a loooooong drive back to HCMC with a 15-minute stop to see an incense factory.

We really did enjoy the excursion, though, and I'm glad you guys had a great time!
