ooo have you tried the citron/yuzu tea? It's basically a citron marmalade to which you add cold or hot water. Great icy-cold on a blazing day, and really soothing on a cold one.

Another fantastic find! I could probably live off of banchan and warm rice forever. Did they have any of those salty little silver fish? I think they're my fave.

Krista

love your quirky finds ;)

Albany Jane

Boy you've got my mouth watering. I love banchan so much - lucky you guys!

Logan @ Boots in the Oven

Ling- no, we've never tried it although I can't imagine why not. It sounds awesome. Does it come in a jar or a pouch or what?

Gastronomer- I'm pretty sure they did but we haven't bought them yet. I'll definitely bump them to the top of the list for our next visit though.

Thanks Krista- me too!

Albany Jane- tell me about it. I couldn't believe this place was right down the street from us.

Ling

Logan - I'd be surprised if they didn't sell it. It usually comes in a jar - looks exactly like marmalade, may have a kiddie drawing of a vague citrus fruit on the label. See link below:

Damn, I've run out...

Logan @ Boots in the Oven

Ling- cool, I'm on the hunt. If I find some do you need me to send you a jar : )

Ling

hurhur - you funny! thanks for the thought, though! :D
