Wow, dude. Just... wow. How to eat fried brains. I always knew you were secretly a zombie.

Next week on Boots in the Oven! How to roast a horse vagina!

Jody says wow...

auntie says...

Ewwwwwwwwwww and crinkles up her nose in "that way"

It's like a train wreck. I'm simultaneously grossed out and yet curiously attracted...

Boots in the Oven

Jody, yeah, he totally is a zombie. And there's a sandwich stand at the market down the street that serves sandwiches made with cow vagina - is that close enough? Now Logan says we have to go try them and write a post. THANKS A LOT. :-)

Auntie, didn't we make you try tripe when you were here? Brains might be a little less palatable, I s'pose...

Glenna, heh - thanks! I imagine there won't be too many posts like this one when we return to the States...

I used to eat sheep's brains when I was a kid. My mum used to serve them mashed up with potatoe. Used to be quite tasty as I recall. It has been a while since I've eaten them though.

China has a similar philosophy to India about not wasting any parts of the animal. I remember one chicken stew we had in China, and the chicken head was sitting in there.
