Excuse me while I wipe the drool off my chin.

If you dribble some leche de tigre in your beer, it's supposed to be a rad hangover cure.

Absolutely everything here looks amazing. (I will try chicha in Houston at this Salvadoran place.) I see us all together, having an old-people couples vacation here someday.

Like, next year.

Aw, Crystal, you're cute! Will you help me practice up my Spanish when we get back? And help us with ceviche recipes and pisco drankins?

Ooh, I'm curious about the Salvadoran chicha! Chicha can apparently mean anything from purple drank (chicha morada, Peru) to sour fermenty corn drink (Bogota) to sour fermenty corn drank WITH STRAWBERRIES (Cusco). My favorite is the chicha morada.

We are all about the idea of hanging out and drinking some pisco sours or coca sours or chilcanos de pisco with you guys. Logan and I are totally in love with Peru.

OH my goodness -- this needs to go high on our list of next vacation destinations. Looks delicious!

I saw your food photos on flickr and came to your blog. Great stuff! And juicy photos...

Lin and I would like to invite you to post this photo or one of your choice to our Peru online photo contest for June 2011.

We would also love to have you write a couple of paragraphs about food here in Peru and we could give you a nice link back to this site.

Our very popular website on Peru, Inside-Peru.com, had 43,000 page views last month (May) and is growing steadily.

We recently started our monthly online digital photo contest for photos related to Peru.

Viewers do the voting. At the end of the month, the winning photo appears on the home page and other popular pages for the following month.

Just by entering the contest, you receive free publicity. Your photo info automatically goes out on our blog and to our many facebook and Twitter fans.

Then, if your photo wins it is exposed to our daily viewers for a month and includes a link to the site of your choice.

You can submit one photo a month so you have 7 chances of submitting the winning photo of the year! :-)

Submit your photo at http://www.inside-peru.com/digital-photo-contests.html

Have a great day!

Thanks, David and Lin! We're a little crazy here with travel and all, but this sounds like a cool opportunity! We will try to get our acts together to submit something.
