Wow, all kinds of awesome. I think South America could be our next big trip.

Kim, it's been pretty interesting! I don't know that I'd recommend coming this time of year, though - it's been pretty cold (especially Santiago!) and a lot of the cities are kinda dead. We did enjoy the seafood in Chile, though!
